Introduction

As a recruiter who actively follows technological innovations, I have had the opportunity to test many AI solutions available on the market. My goal was to find a tool that would genuinely support my processes, not generate additional work related to correcting algorithm errors.

It was also important for me to reduce the number of tools I use to prepare notes and candidate reports.

"What distinguishes ReCo is the accurate, business-oriented language of the reports. In other tools, I often encountered unnatural wording that required time-consuming corrections, which meant no real time savings."
What changed with ReCo

What distinguishes ReCo is the accurate, business-oriented language of the reports. In other tools, I often encountered unnatural wording that required time-consuming corrections, which meant no real time savings.

Here, the reports are precise, and the tone is formal, without unnecessary embellishment.

As a result, I can fully focus on what matters most, the substantive conclusions and strategic insights that need to be delivered from a recruiter’s perspective.

I can also adjust the report template to the specific project and recruitment context, which was not always obvious in other tools I tested.

Access to the report immediately after the interview is another key difference. In other tools, I had to wait from 15 up to even 60 minutes for a basic report.

With ReCo, updating notes in the ATS takes me a maximum of 5–10 minutes, compared to around 20 minutes before, while including more information about the candidate.

Concrete impact
  • Notes: ~20 min → 5–10 min, with more candidate information
  • Tools: reduced from 3 → 2
  • Competency reports: ~2h → 30–60 min
Biggest win

In situations where I need to revisit a part of the interview or confirm a specific detail, instead of going through the entire transcript, I use the dedicated chat.

It is based strictly on facts from the conversation, which allows me to quickly verify information and maintain full accuracy in my evaluation, without the risk of overinterpretation.

Another important aspect is that transcription in ReCo works without recording voice or video. This gives me real support without collecting unnecessary candidate data, which builds trust on both sides of the process.

Conclusion

ReCo does not replace the recruiter, but it gives space for deeper analysis and relationship-building by taking over the time-consuming documentation work.

It simplifies the workflow, reduces reporting time, and allows me to stay focused on the quality of my work rather than the process around it.
