1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ReCo, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use this service.

2. Description of Service

ReCo is an application that supports recruiters by creating transcripts of conversations (e.g., interviews, summaries, recruitment meetings, pre-selections) and generating reports based on them. ReCo uses the OpenAI API to generate reports; however, the data is not used to train OpenAI models or improve their services (see: https://openai.com/security). All transcripts and reports are stored locally on the user’s computer, and neither the providers of ReCo nor any third party has access to these files, stores them, or exercises any control over them.

3. Scope of Services Provided

ReCo is available to users worldwide, but it may be subject to legal restrictions in some jurisdictions. The providers of ReCo reserve the right to limit access to the service in certain regions if required by applicable law.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must ensure you have the appropriate equipment and software to use ReCo.
• You are responsible for the security and privacy of the data stored on your device.
• You agree to use ReCo in compliance with applicable laws, including data protection and privacy regulations.
• You must not use ReCo for illegal activities or violate the rights of third parties.

5. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer within the meaning of European Union law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without providing a reason. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, any payments made will be refunded within 14 days from the day the withdrawal statement is received. The refund will be processed using the same payment methods used in the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different form of refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights to ReCo belong to the providers of ReCo or have been licensed to them. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ReCo in accordance with these Terms. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the application and must not be interpreted as the sale of any rights to ReCo.

7. Privacy

ReCo does not collect or store transcripts or reports; therefore, we do not control the data generated and stored by the user. Users are fully responsible for managing and securing such data, in particular with regard to compliance with regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, or any other similar laws applicable in the relevant jurisdiction.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the providers of ReCo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, reputational harm, data loss, inability to use the service, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

10. Maintenance Outage Policy

The providers of ReCo will make every effort to ensure the continuity of the service; however, technical outages related to system maintenance or unforeseen failures may occur. In such cases, the providers of ReCo shall not be liable for any damages arising from interruptions in access to the service.

11. Termination of Service Use

The providers of ReCo may immediately suspend or terminate your access to the service without prior notice and without liability if you breach these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the providers of ReCo regarding the use of the service. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted in a manner consistent with applicable law to best reflect the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
