We know this first hand because ReCo was born from our own IT headhunting challenges. And beyond recruitment, members of our team have spent years in product design (Daniel), R&D and software development (Bartosz) & entrepreneurship (Kamil), giving us a unique perspective at the intersection of technology and hiring. We understand both the art of recruitment and the capabilities of technology, making us uniquely positioned to help recruiters harness modern tools without the burden of a steep learning curve.
